-What are your candles made from and are they non-toxic?

Our candles are made from organic soy wax which is 100% vegan, non-toxic and organic where possible.

-Are your candles custom-ordered?

Yes! At Bodyscape of Soul we pride ourselves on completely hand-pouring your order bespoke to your preferences, making each candle special and unique to you!

-What is frosting and will it affect my candle in any way?

Frosting is a natural part of the candle-making process, regardless of the type of wax used. Frosting occurs when the chosen wax settles and cools and tries to return to its organic state. It is a natural crystalline layer that may show up on your candle yet will absolutely have no impact on how your candle burns or scent payoff.

-What is the burn-time of my candle?

Each body-shaped candle will burn for approximately 60 minutes. Our candles are also wonderful decorative pieces yet of course smell beautiful upon burning and make for a very aesthetic Instagram post!

-How do I burn my candle safely?

Should you choose to burn your candles, please note to use an appropriate fire-proof dish underneath the candle itself and always trim the wick to a quarter of its length, for the safest burn.

Untrimmed candle wicks can cause flames to burn with a more dull appearance, which then affects how clear a light the candle flame itself will give off.

A trimmed candle wick allows the flame to have a cleaner and brighter burn.

 LED LIGHTS & SIGNAGE:

-Do you have a plug for our country?

Yes, we offer worldwide-compatible plugs for the UK, US, EU and AU.

-What are the shapes of acrylic board available with my custom order?

Cut to square, cut to shape, cut to letter.

-How do I install my sign?

Advertising spikes or hanging rope, which are both available for an extra charge  of €5 in addition to hanging screws that already come with your custom light.

-Do you have a size guide?

-Are there controllers available for the signage?

Yes, we do offer the option of selecting a mini controller (for small signs) or a larger controller for medium and large signage. The mini controller is €5 and the larger controller is €10.

-Can the sign be used outdoors?

Please advise in advance of order placement in order notes and when discussing your design preferences with our team, if the signage will be desired for outdoor use. Our signs can be made with waterproofing shields. Prices vary according to overall design and sizing.

-Can you make the acrylic board in other colours?

Yes we can! Our standard acrylic board is transparent by default, however, we can make YOUR custom board with black, white, gold mirror and silver mirror acrylic backing. Custom colours are also available. Prices vary according to overall design and sizing.

-Are you able to print acrylic?

Yes, we can! See below for some creative examples!

               

       

SHIPPING:

-Where do you ship to?

We are so pleased to be able to ship worldwide! Different shipping rates will apply.

-What is the dispatch time on my order?

Please allow 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive both a confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email for you to then track with An Post.

We're pleased to offer both tracked, standard shipping worldwide and express shipping options within Ireland, on checkout.

Please leave as much time when placing an order with us if purchasing a gift, due to possible shipment delays outside of our control.

We ship with An Post and there may be possible unforeseen delays that is unfortunately out of our control.

We aim to ship express orders which will soon be available, on the same working day if ordered before 1pm and standard orders are expected to ship between 2-7 days.

Express and standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.

REFUNDS:

To begin a return, please email us at BodyscapeofSoul@gmail.com with your reason for return. If an item is accepted for return or exchange, we will then issue you with a returns label and address for which to return your item. We offer a 28 day refund and exchange policy from the date the item is received, for any non-custom item that is in merchantable condition.

Please note, that we do not accept any items returned, without prior company authorisation for said return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not accept returns on any custom LED lights or signage, as they are made on bespoke order, personally for you and so offer little option for company resell. 

If you have any queries or concerns about any item that may be faulty, please photograph any concerns and email us said suitable documentation detailing any concerns or faults and we will do our utmost to look after you.
